Introduction

In this book, Mr. Ingle has designed a 12-week course for those who would like to join the Laughter Yoga Club. Each week, participants can perform 15 different exercises and enjoy many laughs. Laughter is an effective exercise as 400 muscles are used at once. more exercises will be added in the future. I hope this book will be helpful for those who want to start a Laughter Yoga Club and improve their health and the health of the participants.
